Day 2 · Programming, typesetting, and tidyverse
- Functions, loops, and
lapply() - Quarto and typesetting for professional outputs
- Tidyverse for better data work, excl. plotting

Day 3 · Visualization, version control, and simulation
- Base R plots (briefly) and
ggplot2 - Version control offline and online
- Statistics with R
- Big exercise: simulations
